How do I submit the information for my
site?
Pro Web Designs will E-mail you the Web Builder
Kit which contains all the instructions of how to collect,
organize and submit your site layout, text and pictures to
us.
I have brochures and pictures but they are
not in electronic format. Is this a problem?
No. The packages include brochure and picture
scanning. Pro Web Designs will convert your brochures and
pictures into electronic format (JPEG) for use on your
site.
How long does it take to get my site up and
running once I submit the Web Builder Kit?
Typically it takes approximately a month before
your site goes "LIVE". Once you submit you Web Builder Kit, it
takes 7 to 10 days before your site preview. Once we receive
your comments, our designers will go back to work and produce
your final site design, add the ClipOn Commerce (shopping
cart/e-commerce features) and make your site "LIVE" within
10-15 days.
What is the WebWizard?
The WebWizard is the part of the Visual Web
Tools software used to build and make changes to your site.
When you purchase a package, you will receive the Visual Web
Tools CD and tutorial so you can make future changes to your
web site yourself. Pro Web Designs can make changes for a fee
of $50 per 1/2 hr.
What is the Clip-On Commerce?
Clip-On Commerce is your "products storage" and
shopping cart for online transactions. Once Pro Web Designs
has built (or you have built) the design of your web site in
the WebWizard, you will use the Clip-On Commerce to add your
products and link them to your site within the WebWizard.
What operating systems can I use with Visual
WebTools?
Visual WebTools supports Windows 95 or higher.
Visual WebTools can also be run using Macintosh Internet
Explorer 5.0, with the exception of the WebWizard Component,
in which case you may use Macromedia Dreamweaver for Macintosh
as your Web Development tool.
What browsers can I use with Visual WebTools?
Internet Explorer browsers 4.01 or higher are
supported by Visual WebTools.

software?

How many products, pictures, and how much
text can I have on my website?
You may have up to 1000 products, 1000 pictures,
and 100,000 words on your website.
What is a merchant account and why do I need
one?
A merchant account is required to do e-commerce
and allows you to accept credit cards and electronic
checks. By accepting major credit cards, you can increase
your credibility, customer convenience and, best of all, your
sales. Statistics show that accepting credit cards can
increase sales by 100%.
